Jennifer Lippiatt, Pastry Chef 

Hi! I'm Jen, the face behind Petite Crumb. I am a qualified Pastry Chef of 12 years who lives and breathes cake! I am a workaholic, perfectionist and always seem to be covered in some sort of cake batter or icing. I am also a wife and mother to two beautiful girls, and two black labradors. 

I started Petite Crumb in 2015 after gaining experience in cafes, restaurants and a wholesale kitchen. I learnt from many great chefs along the way and am so thankful that i was able to take those skills forward with me when i began this venture. I bake from a commercial kitchen on our property at Oxley. All cakes are baked from scratch, using only the highest of quality ingredients like Lindt chocolate, dutch cocoa powder and Queen vanilla bean paste (just to name a few) because taste is important to me. They are then delivered in a refrigerated van, meaning that your cake arrives in prime condition, no matter what temperature it is outside!

 

Over the years I have had the pleasure of making thousands of cakes for both new and returning customers. I look forward to talking cake with you too!
